How It All Began 

Growing up, I was always exposed to different cooking and baking techniques. My grandfather brought fresh pie to each and every Sunday dinner, my mom would experiment with different desserts for each holiday. I would always be hovering and annoyingly tasting the creations each step of the way.

 

When it came time to join the workforce, I knew instantly that I would never want to work anywhere but in a food service environment. After working in a variety of kitchens throughout my professional career, I developed a strong affinity for these tasty little treats. I first had the pleasure of making them around a year ago and it's been a wild ride ever since.

I felt the scone world was lacking in flavor and creativity, and boy, am I ready to change that. After countless recipes being tried, tested, and lots of family and friends getting force fed, they are ready to make their debut.

I truly hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them.
